§1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bb44bt ("bb44bt", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bb44bt website at bb44bt.club, its subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and all associated betting, gaming, and casino services offered therein.

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I agree" on any registration or deposit screen, or by placing any bet or wager on the bb44bt platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bb44bt platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English-language version. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

§2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account at bb44bt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bb44bt strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all necessary steps to verify the age of its users.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing bb44bt for personal recreational purposes only.
• You have not previously had a bb44bt account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in conjunction with, any other person, syndicate, or organisation in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of bb44bt is lawful in your location.

Each individual may register only one account at bb44bt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bb44bt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances, pending bets, and bonuses associated with them without prior notice.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, a mobile number you do not own, or a name that does not match your NID — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

§3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb44bt account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered device. bb44bt will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to ask for your password or OTP. Any person claiming to be a bb44bt representative who requests your login credentials should be treated as a fraudster and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bb44bt account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number where prompted.
• Log out of your bb44bt account after every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bb44bt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bb44bt accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from your voluntary or negligent disclosure of login credentials to any third party. All transactions completed using your credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bb44bt of a security breach prior to the transaction occurring.

§4 Deposits & Payments

bb44bt accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

The following deposit conditions apply to all bb44bt accounts:

• Minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): ৳200.
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳500.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bb44bt does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• bb44bt does not charge a platform fee on standard mobile wallet deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bb44bt accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your bb44bt account once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network. In the event of a delayed credit, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

bb44bt reserves the right to request documentary proof of a payment method — such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history — where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent deposit activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the temporary suspension of your account pending investigation.

§5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at bb44bt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bb44bt does not transfer withdrawal funds to third-party accounts, different mobile numbers, or bank accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and confirmation of your registered payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of request approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawals derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 8 and will not be approved until the relevant rollover has been satisfied.
• bb44bt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are deemed unusual relative to your account history. This may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during a pending deposit dispute, active investigation, or account suspension will be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

§6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bb44bt platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the relevant betting section of the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bb44bt does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed, except in circumstances where bb44bt identifies and corrects a manifest error in published odds (see below).
• bb44bt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — including pricing errors, data feed errors, and technical glitches — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time during an event. bb44bt accepts no liability for bets placed in the period between a real-world event outcome and a delay in the live data feed reflecting that outcome.
• bb44bt sets maximum stake limits per bet and maximum payout limits per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and may vary by sport, league, and market type. Current limits for BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets are specified within each match's betting panel.
• Accumulator and combination bets are permitted subject to the maximum payout limits applicable to each component leg.
• bb44bt reserves the right to limit, refuse, or delay the acceptance of any bet from any player at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, settlement will follow the official result issued by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Markets on incomplete matches without a Duckworth-Lewis result will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

§7 Casino & Games

§8 Bonuses & Promotions

bb44bt offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification (KYC).
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus or promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring or reload offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn as real money.

• Underage gambling: Allowing or enabling a person under the age of 18 to access or use your bb44bt account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one bb44bt account in your own name or on behalf of others.
• Fraud & money laundering: Using bb44bt to process, transfer, or obscure funds derived from illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Match-fixing & inside information: Placing bets based on non-public information or in circumstances where you or an associate has influenced or intends to influence the outcome of an event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith after funds have been legitimately deposited and used for betting.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of bb44bt.

bb44bt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to suspected fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activity. Account data and transaction records may be disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder where legally required.

§10 Responsible Gaming

§12 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events outside bb44bt's reasonable control (including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, and natural events) may result in temporary unavailability of the service. bb44bt accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

bb44bt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bb44bt uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve its services. bb44bt does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. §14 Amendments to These Terms

§15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation when submitting a complaint.

bb44bt will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving complete documentation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, bb44bt and the player may agree to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
